Grazing Kayne is the business and obsession of Chef Kate Kayne. After years of health woes, she traced her problems back to her plate, and changed her life simply by changing what she put on the stove.

Over several years, she re-learned how to cook and bake according to her own biology, and more importantly, how to bring out the best in whole foods to feed both her body and her foodie desires. 

Inspired by the impact of this change, Kate paused a career in advertising to attend Bauman College in Berkeley, CA. She is now a Certified Natural Chef, and helps others discover what foods jive with their unique bodies, challenges, and goals. It's her single greatest hope to help others find their best life through better food, just like she did.
